Lancaster Hall is a purpose built student apartment complex comprising of only 15 luxury apartments! Located just off Washington Street, this modern and friendly complex is situated mid-way between UCC's main campus and the City Centre, with other UCC faculties such as the Lee Maltings, Tyndall and the music Dept in Sundays Well all within a few minutes walking distance.
Rates for Academic Year
Single Ensuite: €99 weekly
Larger Single Rm Ensuite: €109 weekly
Double Ensuite: €119 weekly
* Prices include refuse collection, wireless broadband and multichannel tv.
* Payments can be made by 2 semester instalments during the year or on a monthly standing order basis.
* €600 Security Deposit required which is refundable on move out. ESB is calculated at the end of the year and deducted from the deposit. On average, this works out at €150 per person.

Terms & Conditions
* Lancaster Hall is for students of UCC & CIT Universities exclusively.
* 9 or 12 month lease is optional. 9 months is minimum.
* Geared towards 3rd & 4th yrs, Postgrads, Masters and PHD students
Accommodation
* 3 or 4 bed apts available. Rent the full apartment to yourselves if there is a group of you!
Alternatively, rent your own en-suite room and share the apartment with similar students.
* Every bedroom is Fully Furnished with beds, built in wardrobes & storage space, a study desk and book shelves and has its own en-suite complete with shower, wc and wash hand basin.
* Living area is modern and comfortable with porcelain tiled floor, leather couches, 26" television, multichannel, internet, microwave, Washing machine & tumble dryer in each apartment - No communal launderette or extra charges involved!!
* Internet is available in all rooms of the apartment, is wireless and is FREE of charge.
* Some apartments have balconies or there is a communal Outside balcony area located in the hallway for those of you who smoke or just like to get a bit of space and fresh air without having to go out to the street...

* Ideally located just off Washington Street, To the right is a mere 5 Minute walk to UCC's main campus and only minutes walk from other UCC faculties such as Lee Maltings, Tyndall, Sundays Well & North Mall. To the right brings you straight into the City Centre ... No taxi or bus fares needed! Shops, Northgate cinema, Mardyke leisureplex gym & bowling alley, Fitzgerald Park, Cork City library etc are all in close vacinity.

Security
* Lancaster Hall provides a safe and quiet location for students to further their academic studies.
* The building is made secure with codes and swipe cards to gain access to the main building and corridors, security keys that cannot be duplicated for the apts and bedrooms, CCTV cameras, a caretaker, on-site security and 24 hour call out security.
