This information is important in cases of an emergency where it may be necessary to contact a parent/guardian.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Lancaster Hall comprises of 11 x 3 bedroom and 4 x 4 bedroom apartments in which each student will occupy a single room with an ensuite and will share a fully fitted kitchen and living/diningroom.  This accommodation space is the sole responsibility of the student and a security deposit of €400 is taken in advance to ensure the apartment is kept in proper order.  A full refund will be given at termination of tenancy subject to Final Inspection.
  • An ESB security deposit of €200 will be taken in advance for electricity usage and any excess at termination of tenancy will be refunded. Furthermore, any over-expenditure will be taken from the security deposit. Each bi-monthly bill will be divided equally between the 3 to 4 occupants of each apartment.
  • Tenancy agreements will be drawn up for each student for the term of accommodation.  This agreement will include all terms and conditions in respect of the tenancy and will be signed by each student at commencement of term.
  • Payment of rent for accommodation will be paid in advance for each term.  Payment for the first term will be paid on or before 1st September 2011. Payment for the second term is due on or before 1st December 2011  .  Failure to pay rental payments on or before these dates will result in a termination of the lease agreement and a subsequent eviction.
  • Payments to be made by Cheque or Bank Draft to ‘F & C Sheahan’, send to c/o 51 South Mall, Cork.
